You can’t be on a running journey unless you start. Sounds simple…but why is the starting so dang HARD?     Loved the episode. 2 things I do to incentivize my runs which helps me start going. 1. I only drink water except one cup of chocolate milk after a run. I will drink something else on very special occasions . 2. I live out in the country so this might work better for me than others, but I save up and listen to the two gomers without headphones on my runs. So a new episode drops, man I want to go for a run. Same thing might work for songs to run to if you have to run to hear that song.
