I’m training to run a double marathon in January called “The Goofy Challenge” @ Disney in Florida. 1st day run a half marathon: 13.1mi, 2nd day run a full marathon: 26.2mi. Gotta be goofy to do it. Two great songs for driving your feet with speed are: Jai Ho/Slumdog Millionaire and Boom Boom Pow/Black Eyed Peas.
