    Hey Guys,

This is a quick comment on last week’s podcast. The Double Down is a symbol of all that is wrong in America. Don’t buy one and certainly don’t eat one. Let’s become known as the Salad Country!

Hey I finally got a mention on this episode!! Sweet! Check that off my bucket list…

If your tv has a computer input, hook it up. Get the “Air Mouse” app for the iPhone and sit back, watch Hulu and surf the web from the couch. Really cool app, works over wifi.

Just listened to episode 30 – the true confession S2R2 was worse than I ever imagined it could be! Here are some Monday Survey ideas I thought of…you might have done some of these before, so disregard if they are repeats.
What is your favorite race of all times?
What is your favorite running movie?
What type of cross-training do you do?
What is your favorite pre-race meal?
What is your favorite post-race meal?

Love the show – can’t wait to hear about your marathon in June!

Oh, and I definitely downloaded “Crush” back in 2008 so I can’t judge. It is a good song – just not what I imagined a grown man would listen to!

I would try the double down but I’m pretty sure I would put on five pounds overnight, normally with KFC its always just 4 pounds but that looks more like a five pound weight gain to me.

As for Monday surveys, how about our favorite treat, the kind of fun food that we run lots of miles so that we can eat it and not get fat.

Here’s a Monday survey: Who are you rooting for to win Biggest Loser this season? I love them all but I think it would be amazing to see Daris win. Those 7 minute miles for a 5K blew me away, too.
